The annual Cheer for Children is this Saturday in South Pointe High School’s main gym from 12 to 2. This event was started 24 years ago by Winslow Schock, a Rock Hill chiropractor along with his wife, Glenda.

The theme for this Satuday is “togetherness” which prepares the community for Thanksgiving. This event is organized to bring together not only South Pointe, but the community as a whole.

At Cheer for Children, there will be free lunch, games, and raffle items available for everyone. There will also be dancing and cheers for everyone to participate in.

This event is welcomed to all ages.

“This is an incredible opportunity Stallions will have to give back to our local and surrounding community. Many of the event’s participants will be a Stallion in the coming years and what better way to welcome them into our family and Stallion Nation,” says event advisor, Adam Rainey.
